This Shipibo Tapestry is of the Ancestral Bobinsana, in the time of the Shipibo Ancestors 3 generations ago the Shipibo only had white, brown, black and cochanella as colours to dye the native cotton and so the Shipibo used only 4 colours to make the woven tapestries of Ayahuasca. As such this is an ancient design showing Bobinsana which is the energy of the mermaid and a deeply powerful heart opening master plant dieted in a master plant dieta.

The Shipibo are Masters of Ayahuasca.  Ayahuasca is a Sacred Medicinal plant from the Amazon that when drunk, facilitates great healing. When a Maestro (shaman) drinks Ayahuasca to enable healing they will sing Icaros (Medicine Songs) to the individual seeking healing. In the spirit realm of this visionary plant these Icaros have a vibrational frequency that can be seen by the Maestro. The Shipibo Tapestries are the woven world of the world of Ayahuasca.

For generations the Shipibo have recorded the visions of Ayahuasca in handwoven Shipibo tapestries and used them as exchange for what the jungle did not provide, this cultural knowledge is the frequency of support offered to the women through this platform so they can continue to weave and live sustainably in the jungle as they always have.
